SPOC Basketball Tuesday Trainings have continued to be popular, even though up to 19 players have been overseas during the season.
Our A team has been represented by 4 members of the 2023 School Leaver cohort including one (Blaise Howes) playing with his Father (Luke Howes).
The majority of our 8 teams are based at the Burchnall Centre courts here at St Peter's, which also continues to be our weekly training venue.

The School recently hosted the 52nd Old Scholars Basketball Intercol. The "William Strangways Cup" and "Russell Trim Cup" were won by the B's and C's respectively. Sadly, we were outplayed in the A Grade and lost to a slick shooting PAOC 46-73.
The Republic Norwood has proven to be a great choice for our monthly social nights and will host our Presentation Night Sept. 27th.
All teams are strongly positioned for September with players returning.
At time of publishing, our A's and C's have begun their finals campaigns whilst our other six teams are about to.
