The 155th Annual General Meeting of the St Peter’s Old Collegians’ Association will be held in the Big School Room, St Peter’s College on Monday 7 April.
Commencing at 6:00pm (Australian Central Standard Time), to transact the following business:

Election of Office Bearers (Item 5)
Mr O A Klemich retires as President in accordance with the Constitution.

A nomination for the office of President has been received from: Oren Klemich.

Election of Committee Members (Item 6)
To conduct an election of Committee Members to fill five vacancies that arise because Messrs. J A G Bowden, P Gao, N Gosse, J Silcock and D S Steel retire in accordance with the Constitution.

Nominations for Committee Members are to be forwarded to the Secretary in writing by 5pm on Monday 31 March 2025. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary.

Ratification of Subscription Fees (Item 7)

The Committee has fixed the subscriptions for 2025 at:
$110 for Ordinary (Annual) Membership
$800 for Life (Other) Membership
$800 Application for Life Membership upon acceptance of school place
$110 for Life Membership for Collegians not being Life Members of the Association on attaining the age of 70 years.

Ratification of Honorary Members (Item 8)
Former teachers John Roe and Peter Warnes have been nominated for Honorary Membership. Their membership will be formally ratified at the AGM, where they will be in attendance.
