Advanced CNC machining

CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis), turn-mill lathes, in-house CAM programming. Low volume manufacturing, fast turn-around. Steels (including stainless), aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, plastics. High precision, tight tolerances, interchangeable parts.

Injection moulds, press tools, etc.

Design and manufacture of plastic injection moulds, part design improvements for moulding, design of plastic components. Mould repairs & modification.

Machining, fabrication, EDM wire cutting

Manual milling & turning, EDM wire cutting, drilling and die sinking, precision surface grinding, boring, keyways, light welding & fabrication, drilling, tapping.
