Simon has over 20 years' experience in natural area management, ecological and botanical field surveys, and the provision of high-quality reports and mapping products to both government and private clients in Queensland, the Northern Territory and New South Wales.
After 10 years as a consulting botanist/ecologist with GHD, one of the world's top 50 engineering companies, Simon established Astrebla Ecological Services to provide a reliable, friendly and high-quality ecological consulting service at a realistic price.
Whether it be surveys for protected plants (flora trigger map surveys), BioCondition assessments, PMAVs, regional ecosystem ground truthing, weed mapping or a full-blown impact assessment, Astrebla provides a 'brand-name' professional standard at a sole-trader price.
Astrebla also specialises in providing high quality, seamless, 'hit the ground running' botanical services to other ecological consulting companies.
